How do I buy a ticket?

Tickets for all events listed on the JOY STATION calendar can be purchased from EVENTIM, URBO, KIDU and at the cash desks of your nearby store in the FANTASTICO retail chain.

Tickets are also available on site at the club in advance (see our working hours here). Ticket prices on the day of the event may change; up-to-date information is available in JOY STATION’s accounts in the websites of the above partners, via a personal message on the club’s Facebook page or by phone 0894 777 251.

News about the status of the announced events at JOY STATION, any change in the price categories and anything that could facilitate your choice of a good time with us will be published here, as well as in the club’s Instagram and Facebook accounts.

Disabled people

JOY STATION’s halls and parking are accessible for disadvantaged people.

Transportation and parking

JOY STATION has a free parking lot of 40 spaces , as well as a paid parking lot of 120 spaces. The complex is accessible by bus lines 94 and 280 of the capital city transport.

 

How do I get there

Reservations and access for minors

You can book your place for your chosen JOY STATION event at joy@joystation.bg by sending a photo of your tickets and a name for the reservation. There are certain events on the club’s calendar for which reservations are not accepted. More information about accommodation options can be obtained by phone on 0894 777 251.

Reservations for events at MegaXtreme bowling in JOY STATION are accepted by email joy@joystation.bg and by phone 0894 777 251. Persons under the age of 18 shall have access to the JOY STATION Club events as follows:

Parents, guardians, trustees or other carers of a child shall be obliged to accompany the child in public places after 20.00 if the child has not reached the age of 14, respectively after 22.00 if the child has reached the age of 14 but has not reached the age of 18.

The parent, guardian, trustee or person caring for a child shall certify their capacity with a signed declaration, as well as a copy of the child’s birth certificate.

If parents, guardians, or other carers are unable to accompany a child, they shall be obliged to provide an adult to accompany the child in public after 22.00 if the child has reached the age of 14 but has not reached the age of 18. Any person who is over 18 years of age and is not a parent, guardian, guardian, or carer of a child but holds a ticket shall be considered a capable adult companion. Every adult companion of minors (aged 14 but not over 18) must carry a signed and notarized declaration by a parent, guardian, trustee or person caring for a child, an identity card (including the child’s) and a copy of the child’s birth certificate.

Children under 7 years of age have free access to JOY STATION events.
