30th Anniversary Sneakers – Depeche Mode Tribute
2025 is marked by a remarkable anniversary of one of the best recognised Depeche Mode tribute bands – SNEAKERS, and of their fans, lovers of famous Depeche Mode band and of fans of new wave music in general!
Bulgarian audience knows SNEAKERS very well from their three tribute concerts held in the period from 2016 to 2024. On 8 February 2025, the band will return to its favourite stage at Joy Station club to celebrate its 30th anniversary!
Starting as a fan group formed in 1995, SNEAKERS have become a significant factor at the Italian new wave stage, performing their music in hundreds of clubs and at festivals in Italy, Belgium, France, Switzerland, Turkey, Romania and Austria, where their show is always unforgettable.
They successfully recreate sets from Depeche Mode’s original tours, including Touring the Angel, Devotional Tour, the Singles tour, and in their latest appearance on our stage they also performed songs from Depeche’s last tour – Memento Mori.
Their performances are spectacular, and the combination of scenography, video, lighting effects and professionalism creates the authentic feeling of an original concert with a lot of passion!
Their music brings together four eras in the history of the legendary Depeche Mode band – the early 80s era with Vince Clarke, the years with Alan Wilder and most recently, the era after his departure and the death of everyone’s beloved Andy Fletcher, whom SNEAKERS opened for in 2011 during one of his Italian DJ tours.
