THE PINEAPPLE THIEF concert next year, organised by Loud Concerts, at the Joy Station Club, is cancelled. The reasons why our date is falling, as well as those in neighbouring Turkey and Romania, are logistical. Fans of the group who have purchased tickets for the postponed date of 2 February of this year or for the subsequently announced date on 9 February 2023 may return the tickets and receive their monetary value within the next three months.
Tickets purchased through the partner network of Eventim.bg will be refunded by the specific site from which they were purchased.
In case they are purchased from the website of Eventim.bg:
– by credit card – must be sent to the central office of Eventim or returned in person and within 7 working days the sum will be refunded to the credit card with which they were purchased.
– by cash or by bank transfer – the viewers must return their tickets by post, specifying a bank account to which the amount will be refunded, together with the name of the account holder and a contact phone. Tickets can also be returned to the central office of Eventim bg, located at 58, 6th September Street, where the amount will be refunded in cash.
